From the moment I stepped onto the grounds, I knew I had to be part of its transformation. I kept tabs on it over the years and finally found the perfect buyer—closing on the sale in April 2025. I’m now collaborating with Blue Door Building on a design that brings the property back to life in the most beautiful way possible, using the land itself as our primary inspiration.
