One of my favorite homes to date. After years in design, we created a home with a Northeastern-style layout: defined rooms, kid-friendly spaces, and a formal flow for a young family. We even added a rare third floor. Preserving the lot’s openness was key, and the expansive yard offers the ultimate in outdoor living. This one will always hold a special place in my heart.
